COMMUNICATION ARTS

Strength.

Mental Health is a taboo topic. It is not well understood or discussed by many. For my project I wanted to create a video that would help people further understand mental health; in particular, depression. I personally have suffered from depression and it is the hardest challenge I have had to face and will struggle with for the rest of my life. I hope that my project not only helps people understand how it feels to have depression or mental illness but helps people to know that they are not alone and that there is help.
